Angéla Thiesz is the inventor of the Retextil technology and head of Retextil Foundation. Retextil is a language comprising traditional textile techniques and creating new forms from these – starting from small jewellery pieces up to gigantic installations created for a specific space. It is a system of re-using old clothes and textiles that is especially suitable for rehabilitational and therapeutic purposes.

Angéla teaches, develops products and is a visual artist. It is fabric, the fabric of our lives and locally engaged art that excites her as an artist.
